Genotypes ratio

Download geno-ratio.xls

This Excel script is based on calculation proposed by Pojskic et Kalamujic (2015) .The purpose of this measurment is to estimate maximum possible number of genotypes at locus  (Ge) and relation with detected number of genotypes (Gn). Ratio calculates as R=Gn/Ge, since Gn is expressed as An*(An+1)/2. Additional approximation is based of number of alleles it is expressed as R'=R*(1-1/An).
